Modifications: FLAIR-channel extraction and PNG conversion; reference and thresholded prediction masks exported as binary PNGs. The viewer adds colored overlays. No spatial cropping or rescaling.
Predictions were produced by the recovered thesis models at a fixed > 0.5 threshold.
All thirty data-derived PNG files in this directory retain CC BY-NC-SA 4.0.
Credit the creator and source, link the license, identify changes, use the
material noncommercially, and retain the required license for shared adaptations.
No endorsement by the dataset authors or TCIA is implied. The data license
does not automatically license separate application code or model weights.

These are illustrations from the original training cohort with unknown
training overlap. They are not independent-test or clinical validation.
The six examples were selected by patient/list position and reference presence
before scoring; full-cohort statistics include all 3,929 pairs.
